We started the Journey in 2019 with a dream to bring to Japan the wonderful spices that grows in Indian geography.

Indian and Japanese cuisine are world apart, it was a challenge in the beginning to find our way into the Japanese market. However, with the increase in awareness of Indian spices benefits and Indian food, slowly & steadily, we were able to pave our way into the Japanese kitchen. We held spice fair events throughout the country to be able to understand the needs of Japanese customers and finally after an extensive market research of two years, we established our own manufacturing unit in Delhi, the capital of India.

We manufacture products ranging from basic spices like Turmeric, Cumin, Chili and Coriander to our unique blended spices such as Chicken curry Masala, Meat curry Masala, Garam masala Robust, and our signature product Mathania Red Chilli Powder!

Our dream is to reach the heart of Japan’s culinary world with our spices and perfect blends.

Therefore, keeping in mind our valuable Japanese customers, our blended spices do not contain red chili or pepper powder so that Japanese customers from all ages are able to enjoy delicious curry without having to worry about the spiciness. 

Shivam spices are 100% natural, devoid of any preservatives or chemicals whatsoever. 

Carefully selected spices are obtained from well known traders in India and processed at our facility, tested at the Laboratory before importing to Japan. 

We believe in focusing on product expansion and hence our market research is a continuous process.
